Bronster Hoshibata adds Catherine Aubuchon and Sunny Lee as Partners

Bronster Hoshibata is pleased to announce that Catherine L. Aubuchon and Sunny S. Lee became partners at the firm.  
Ms. Aubuchon is a civil litigator whose practice emphasizes business disputes, insurance, investor loss, professional malpractice, and trust and estate litigation.  She also litigates real estate cases involving contract, misrepresentation, and warranty claims.  She has successfully tried and arbitrated numerous cases.  Prior to joining Bronster Hoshibata, she served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Federated States of Micronesia.  Ms. Aubuchon received her J.D. from Tulane University. 

Mr. Lee, who joined Bronster Hoshibata in 2008, practices in the areas of business, commercial, real estate, construction, and surety litigation.  He was recently selected as a Rising Star by Hawaii Super Lawyers in 2014.  Mr. Lee serves on the Board of Directors for the Korean Bar Association of Hawaii and the Friends of the Judiciary History Center.  Prior to joining Bronster Hoshibata, he was in-house counsel for Island Title, a division of First American Title and was a law clerk for Justice Sabrina S. McKenna, Circuit Court State of Hawaii.  He received his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
