Bronster Hoshibata Files Class Action Lawsuit Against Facebook

Bronster Hoshibata filed a class action lawsuit against Facebook for tracking and recording its users’ internet usage after they were logged out of their Facebook accounts, allegedly in violation of state and federal laws. Attorneys Margery S. Bronster and Robert M. Hatch successfully argued to consolidate the Hawaii class action with other similar class actions in federal court in San Jose, California, where it has become one of the most significant cases seeking to protect consumer privacy rights on the internet.
